The fabric in tubular
form is made of any twist with the combination of a turn
table and de-twister.
A pair of feed rollers driven by A.C. Inverter drive, feed
the fabric to an S.S. Scray for its onward tensionless passage
to the ballooning section.
The fabric passes into water trough over a guide roller
and is ballooned by means of compressed air blown across
the face of the tubular fabric. The size of the balloon
is regulated to prevent any over stretch.
The balloon fabric devoid of any crease is squeezed through
the squeezing nip located at the high end of ballooning
assembly.
The squeezing rollers are optionally provided with Neoprene
covering, polyurethane covering, Roberto or Textractor rollers.
