In the HBPD-2 model,
the fabric then passes over to the impregnating zone. The
impregnating zone consists of S. S. Trough and squeeze nip
comprising of Hi-extraction rollers (optional) such as Roberto
or Textractor rollers for maximum removal of moisture before
the subsequent drying process.
The fabric speed is synchronized by means of compensator
and A. C. Inverter drive system provided at every critical
point to avoid any stretch or crease formation on the fabric.
In the final stage, the fabric is wet compacted on a pair
of special fork guider while overfeeding the fabric between
the squeeze nip and the over stretching device.
The tubular goods after over stretching is further transported
on conveyer and is plaited for further processing. |
