A FIXATION FOR PERFECTION: The Harish Loop steamer is a compact versatile performer. This new generation pressureless continuous steamer from Harish can be applied for various dye-stuff fixation processes viz. Saturated steaming at 101°C. High temperature steaming in the standard version upto 185°C. and Polymerising with hot air. There are two factors to ensure optimum performance of the Loop steamer.

A. Proper injection of air or steam.
B. Proper distribution of steam inside the machine. This has to be balanced by tensionless feeding of the fabric and a crease free loop formation. (During the loop formation it is important that contact with the printed surface of the fabric is avoided.)

ACCENT ON FEEDING: In the HLS-4, printed fabric can be fed from trolleys or from batches. (In case of batches a positive unwinding unit is essential to prevent excessive tension on the fabric.)

The feeding system comprises of a steplessly variable feeding roller of optimum diameter. This ensures a feeding of fabric to the loop formation device.

UNIQUE FEATURES OF THE HLS-4: An unique feature of the Loop steamer is its loop formation system. This consists of a positively driven overfeed rollers and a loop breaker device. The fabric is continuously downward.

The loop carrying rod has a loop of desired length, which does not have any contact with the printed side of the fabric. The loop length is regulated by adjustment of both the speed of the chain and the overfeed roller. This feature prevents any marks on the fabric. The transport rollers are mounted in sturdy high pitch chain and are provided with a rotating mechanism. While carrying out the steaming of specially sensitive reactive colour printed fabric, the rotation of rollers prevents any rod marks from appearing on the fabric.
