HARISH singeing machine employs special design burners for uniform singeing flame on the entire surface of the fabric. The machine is provided with four burners with various options:

2 burner position on the fabric face and 2 on the reverse
1 burner position on the fabric face and 1 on the reverse (2 burner option)
2 burner position on the fabric face and 2 on the reverse.

Flame position can be set direct on roll, tangential or direct on fabric for full fabric penetration. Each burner position can be set by push button controls and the exact flame width can be preset.

Programmable PLC control ensure controls on flame intensity, flame width, fabric speed etc.

HARISH singeing machine is designed with inbuilt safety features for operator safety and to avoid fabric damage. The control system prevents the burners from igniting until a pre-set fabric speed has been reached and will shut the burners down if the fabric speed falls below the speed or in case there is no fabric or when the machine is stopped.
