ULTRA-4 Module is essentially a sophisticated Emerising Machine designed to produce peach skin effect on different types of fabrics including Cotton, Blends, Synthetics and Wool or Wool Combinations. Entry arrangement is designed to take the fabric from batches. With requisite tension from the swivel tension arrangement fabric is drawn through the positively driven pneumatic nip. With large diameter entry roller train it is made to pass over the independently driven emerising rollers. Contact pressure of the fabric with each roller can be precisely varied and recorded to produce repeatedly the same effect. Each emery roller has an independent instant brake. Emery rollers are reversible. Powerful suction blower enables fine dust suction. Delivery end nip draw roller permits precision tension regulation. Fabric may be plaited or batched as the case may be.
