Tumbler dryer SOFTI-E is eminently suitable for giving soft and bulky handle to cotton blends, viscose, microfibre, silk fabrics, due to its special thermo-mechanical action, dissipates undue tension and establishes new inter-chain relation. This property renders virtually permanent dimensional stability.

Apart from this, the fabric achieves an immense change in appearance and handle. SOFTI-E is available for 1600 mm to 3400 mm fabric width and can be supplied in multiple modules based on production required.

ENTRANCE:

This has a number of guide rolls made from stainless steel and a driven Draw roll with variable speed motor. The special design of this centering system avoids any tension on the fabric.

P.L.C. CONTROLLER:

SOFTI-E is provided with an ultra modern electronic controller. By means of this controller it is possible to control all the relevant data like:

a) Speed of fabric.
b) Temperature inside the
chamber.
c) Air velocity.
d) Overfeed rate.
e) Number of fabric reversal cycles.
f) Total weight of the fabric, in thermo
   -chamber.
g) Humidity content inside the chamber.

By means of this controller, we can reproduce the kind of feel desired in the fabric, at any given time.
